Privacy notice
What this initial enquiry collects
The China Heal Plus coordination team collects the name, email address, country or region, chosen area of care, preferred language and consent you provide. We also record the enquiry time, reference and campaign source when present in the page link. Your chosen area of care may reveal health-related interests, so we ask for your agreement before submission.
What we use it for
We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess whether our coordination service may be relevant and manage the agreed next steps. We do not sell enquiry data, enrol you in marketing emails or send your contact details to a doctor through this form.
Who can access it
Authorized members of the coordination team access the enquiry through a restricted operations desk. The website and enquiry database run on our team-managed Hetzner server in Finland. Cloudflare provides domain, security and caching services. These services may process information outside your country or region. Please submit only the requested initial contact details.
Email enquiries
If you contact a published China Heal Plus domain email address, Cloudflare forwards the message to our team inbox hosted by Google Gmail. Those providers process the email and any content you send. Please begin with contact details and your area of care; wait for the agreed sharing arrangements before emailing medical records.
Medical records are handled separately
This initial form does not accept attachments, passport information, medical records or scan files. Before records are collected, we explain the receiving organizations, sharing route, purposes, authorization and applicable retention arrangements. Do not post private health information in social-media comments.
Retention and your choices
For an enquiry that does not become a service, our policy is to delete contact and case details within 90 days of the last activity. Deleted records may remain in restricted recovery backups for up to seven additional days. A contracted service has separately agreed retention requirements. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry data, or withdraw your contact consent. Use the contact form and select “Privacy / data request”; we will reply to the supplied email to verify and handle the request. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed.
Cookies and security
The public website does not use advertising trackers or visitor analytics cookies. Campaign tags may be kept in your browser’s session storage while you navigate our guides, and are submitted with an enquiry to identify its source. They do not contain medical records or identify you before submission. Team login uses necessary authentication cookies. To limit form abuse, we temporarily store a salted hourly identifier derived from the request network address, with a one-day expiry. Our application does not store the raw network address in the enquiry database. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.
