The service
China Heal Plus provides cross-border coordination support for specialist second-opinion enquiries in China. We are not an emergency service or a substitute for a licensed treating professional. A medical opinion is provided by the reviewing professional within the permitted scope of the selected provider’s service.
Enquiries and acceptance
Submitting an enquiry does not book a doctor, create a clinical relationship or require payment. Acceptance depends on the reviewing provider, patient identity and authorization, location, medical question, available records and appropriate consultation format. Some requests require further tests or an in-person examination.
Your written quote
Before an initial payment, we confirm the contracting party, reviewing professional and provider, service scope, total cost, currency, fee components, first payment and balance, expected timing, available deliverables and cancellation or refund rules. Translation and additional services are included only when stated. The actual accepted written agreement governs the paid service.
Summary and complete package
Where agreed, we provide an initial summary after the specialist’s review, and our complete coordination and translation package after the balance. We identify medical opinion separately from our summary or translation. Your lawful access to original provider medical records is not conditioned on paying us a coordination balance.
Outcomes and limitations
We do not guarantee a new diagnosis, different treatment plan, result, appointment with a named doctor or insurance reimbursement. A review may support the existing plan or explain why further assessment is needed. Discuss the opinion with your local treating team before changing care.
Information and privacy
Provide accurate information and appropriate authority when enquiring for another person. Do not submit clinical records through the initial contact form. We agree the necessary records-handling arrangements separately. See our privacy notice.
