PATIENT GUIDE · UPDATED 3 OCTOBER 2026

Arranging a second-opinion enquiry in China

Relevant expertise matters more than a familiar hospital name. We confirm the actual specialist, consultation scope and patient eligibility before asking you to commit.

Match the question to the specialist

We compare documented areas of expertise, relevant clinical experience and the available review format. A hospital’s reputation alone does not establish the right match for a particular request.

Confirm remote suitability

The provider must confirm that it can accept your circumstances and the available records. Internet medical services in China have defined requirements; a first diagnosis or a case needing examination may require an in-person visit.

Know what you will receive

The quote identifies the reviewing professional and provider, available written opinion, our summary or translation work, fees, expected timing and cancellation or refund terms. We do not promise a particular diagnosis or treatment recommendation.

Plan the handover

Use the available opinion to continue the conversation with your local treating team. Any extra tests, travel or follow-up appointments are agreed separately.
